    Bell Pepper Salad is a vibrant and colorful salad combining the sweetness of the Peppers with an Italian Dressing. An easy side dish, light lunch or a snack that packs a healthy crunch!

    • Bell Peppers - Red and Yellow taste great together
    • White Salad Onion
    • Cherry Tomatoes - or Grape Tomatoes
    • Italian Salad Dressing - homemade or store-bought

    How to Make Bell Pepper Salad

    1. Prepare Vegetables - wash Bell Peppers and Tomatoes. Peel Salad Onion and remove seeds from Bell Peppers.
    2. Slice Vegetables - cut Bell Peppers into quarters and slice into thin strips. Thinly slice half a White Onion. Add into a Salad Bowl with Cherry Tomatoes.
    3. Add Dressing - pour Italian Dressing over the Bell Pepper Salad and mix to combine.
    4. Serve - enjoy right away or refrigerate to eat the next day.

    Bell Pepper Salad Variations

    • Add Meat - sliced Grilled Chicken Breast or top with Grilled Shrimp
    • More Protein - add a can of drained Chickpeas or White Beans for a heartier Vegetarian dish
    • Add Cheese - crumble Feta Cheese or Goats Cheese. Alternatively, toss in cubes of Cheddar Cheese
    • Seeds or Nuts - toss in some Sunflower Seeds, Toasted Almonds, Walnuts or Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)
