Creamy Horseradish Sauce
This easy to make Creamy Horseradish Sauce recipe is the perfect accompaniment to Prime Rib Roast, steaks or even a roast beef sandwich. You're gonna love this creamy and zesty condiment.
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together. Cover, refrigerate and allow flavors to meld together for about 2 hours.
