1 package of dry vegetable soup mix (40g/1.4oz) 2 cups sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 10 oz (250g) package of frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry 3 green onions chopped 1 cup of grated cheese cheddar or mozzarella 1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped 1 large round unsliced Cobb Loaf
Defrost frozen spinach, squeeze out any excess water.
in a large bowl, mix spinach, sour cream, mayo, green onions, grated cheese, water chestnuts and dried Vegetable Soup blend. Stir until combined.
Cover with cling wrap and place in fridge for minimum 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Using a knife, hollow out the insides creating a bowl, leaving about 1" border. Save the bread you removed to enjoy with your dip.
Place the dip inside your hollowed bread bowl and serve with bread cubes, sliced vegetables, or crackers.
