Eggnog French Toast is the perfect Christmas morning breakfast treat. Delicious and easy to make. Made with cinnamon and nutmeg, served with maple syrup and whipped cream.
Whisk together the eggs, nutmeg and eggnog until combined.
Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Dip a piece of bread into the egg mixture until covered on both sides. Cook the bread for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve with maple syrup and whipped cream or fresh berries.
