Bbq Beef Ribs - Asado Style
Argentine Bbq Beef Ribs - Asado style is a tasty way to enjoy your short cut ribs this summer. Flanken-style short ribs, cut cross the bone and bbq'd to perfection. Served with homemade Chimichurri sauce. You'll be asking for more.
Asado Beef Ribs
2 ribs per person
Prepare the ribs by generously salting with a coarse salt.
Heat the bbq until hot. Sear the beef ribs until they are nicely browned. Move the ribs to a cooler part of the bbq, not over a grill. Turn bbq down to low. Turn the ribs while they are cooking until they are done, which should take about 20 minutes. These ribs are not served rare, but are cooked well done.
Serve with Chimichurri sauce and salad.
