Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe Made Better!
This is the secret to making a crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwich recipe! I love the how easy it is make, and you don't need to spread hard butter! Who knew that mayo could make such a difference when making grilled toasties. You're gonna love this!
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat frying pan on medium heat.
- Spread mayo on 2 pieces of bread. Place a slice of bread, mayo side down, on the frying pan.
- Add 2 cheese slices and place the other bread slice, mayo side up on the sandwich. The mayo is spread on the outside of the sandwich.
- Cook until lightly browned and crispy and flip over and grill until cheese is melted. Repeat with more sandwiches if needed.
