Easy Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

Garlic Parmesan Broccoli is a tasty side dish everyone loves! Roasted Broccoli with Air fryer and Oven instructions. A healthy family favorite with garlic, olive oil, lemon and pine nuts and broccoli florets.

Ingredients

  • 2 heads Broccoli
  • 3 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • juice ½ lemon
  • cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Pine Nuts toasted
  • garnish with fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

Oven Roasted Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C
  • Cut the broccoli into small, even sized florets. Wash and pat dry the broccoli.
  • Place broccoli on a baking tray. Using your hands, toss with olive oil and sliced garlic and salt until completely coated.
  • Roast in oven for 15 minutes, until the tips of the broccoli start to slightly brown.
  • Squeeze the juice of ½ a lemon over your roasted broccoli. Toss through grated parmesan which will melt from the heat of the broccoli. Serve and enjoy.

Air Fryer Method

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F/190°C
  • Cut the broccoli into small, even sized florets. Wash and pat dry the broccoli.
  • Place broccoli in a bowl. Using your hands, toss with olive oil and sliced garlic and salt until completely coated.
  • Place in Air Fryer basket and roast for 8-9 minutes until broccoli is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
  • Squeeze the juice of ½ a lemon over your roasted broccoli. Toss through grated parmesan which will melt from the heat of the broccoli. Serve and enjoy.
