Ingredients
4slicesbread
2slicesgruyere cheese
2slicescheddar
4tablespoonsgrated parmesan
fresh truffleor truffle oil infusion
butter
Instructions
Prepare Bread - spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Build Sandwich - place slice of Gruyere on the unbuttered slice of bread. Slice or grate the truffles over the cheese slice. Spoon on the parmesan over the truffle. Cover with the slice of cheddar cheese. If using truffle oil, drizzle a tablespoon over shredded cheese.
Fry - heat a frying pan and place the sandwiches (buttered side facing out) on the pan, or on a bbq flattop grill. Grill over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and the cheese has melted.
