50oz/400g can of chick peasdrained
1can pumpkin pureeor boiled or roasted pumpkin
ΒΌcupwater
1tablespoonolive oilextra virgin
1teaspoonsalt
3clovesgarlicpeeled
2tablespoonsfresh rosemaryor 1 tablespoon of dry rosemary
2tablespoonslemon juice
3tablespoonssesame seeds
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until combined.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and sesame seeds. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
