1lb(500g) carrots
2tablespoonsoil
2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonssoy
salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Peel and trim the carrots leaves. If carrots are thick, cut in half to speed up the cooking time.
In a bowl, mix together oil, honey, soy, salt. Toss the carrots in the honey soy mixture to coat them.
Bake in oven for 25 to 35 minutes until they are tender. Roasting time depends on the thickness of the carrots. Remove and serve immediately.
