Place the cedar plank on a bbq grill for about 1 minute, to dry the excess water. Place the dressed trout on the drier side of the cedar plank. Place the cedar plank trout fillet onto the bbq on medium heat around 300°F/150°C. Cook for about 15 minutes until the trout flakes easily. Keep a spray bottle handy to put out any fires if the cedar flares up. Don't overcook! Serve with vegetables.
