  • 1 bunch of Asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Maldon salt flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F
  2. Cut the woody ends off the asparagus. Place asparagus and sliced garlic on a baking sheet. Drizzle generously with Olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the Asparagus and garlic evenly across the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Roast the asparagus for about 10 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork. Serve immediately.
