Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped JalapeƱos keep seeds in
  • 8 cups coarsely chopped tomatoes
  • 3 cups chopped and seeded Banana Peppers I used Paprika peppers
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped yellow pepper can use red or orange
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small can tomato paste 140g can
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. In a large non-aluminums stock pot, combine all the ingredients except the cilantro.
  2. Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil then reduce to simmer for about 1.5-2 hours.
  3. Add the cilantro and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Prepare sterilised jars for canning as per instructions, or eat fast and keep refrigerated. Serve with nacho chips. Enjoy!
