Ingredients

Garden Fresh Greek Salad

  • 4 Medium Tomatoes chopped
  • Long English Cucumber chopped
  • 1 small Red Pepper chopped
  • 1 small Green Pepper chopped
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives
  • ½ Red Onion chopped
  • 200 g Greek Feta cubed

Easy Greek Salad Dressing

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1-½ teaspoons Dried or Fresh Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk the Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt and Oregano and set aside for the flavours to meld together. Set aside.
  2. Place the Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Pepper, Onions, in a large bowl. Mix together. Top with feta. Drizzle with the Greek Salad Dressing and serve

Recipe Notes

Optional: add 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice for extra zing in the Greek Salad Dressing!
