Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500g) raspberries
  • 1 litre vodka
  • ΒΌ cup white sugar

Instructions

  • Wash the raspberries thoroughly and remove any stems or leaves
  • Place the raspberries into the mason jar or glass container
  • Pour the vodka into the container, ensuring that the raspberries are fully submerged
  • Add sugar, seal the jar tightly and gently shake it to mix the raspberries and vodka
  • Store the jar in a cool, dark place for 2-3 weeks for a stronger flavor
  • After the desired infusion period, strain the infused vodka using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, removing any raspberry pulp or seeds
  • Using a funnel, pour the infused vodka into a clean bottle for storage or immediate consumption
