1 pound (500g) raspberries 1 litre vodka ΒΌ cup white sugar
Wash the raspberries thoroughly and remove any stems or leaves
Place the raspberries into the mason jar or glass container
Pour the vodka into the container, ensuring that the raspberries are fully submerged
Add sugar, seal the jar tightly and gently shake it to mix the raspberries and vodka
Store the jar in a cool, dark place for 2-3 weeks for a stronger flavor
After the desired infusion period, strain the infused vodka using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, removing any raspberry pulp or seeds
Using a funnel, pour the infused vodka into a clean bottle for storage or immediate consumption
