  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups of eggnog
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ cup raw sugar


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix until smooth and not lumpy.
  2. Heat the waffle iron until hot, spray with cooking spray. Add waffle batter and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with butter and maple syrup (whipped cream optional).
