    4. Roast - place in oven for 15 minutes until tender.
    5. Splash - add balsamic or wine vinegar to balance the flavors.

    1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F/200°C.
    2. Slice tomatoes in half, placing them over a few sprigs of rosemary and garlic in a shallow pan.
    3. Generously drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
    4. Roast for 30 minutes until tender.

    You can use an Air Fryer to make roasted tomatoes too! Quick and easy, and it saves your oven to roast a main meal, while preparing a side dish.

    1. Pre-heat air frying to 400°F/200°C. Line basket with parchment paper or foil.

    3. Cook for 10 minutes until they are starting to fall apart.

    Freezer - To freeze roasted tomatoes, allow to full cool before freezing in a Ziploc bag (with air removed). Frozen roasted tomatoes are great for sauces, and should last 3 months in the freezer.
