How to use Creamy Sweet Chili Sauce

I love this Creamy Sweet Chili Sauce recipe and Dressing recipe, so easy to make and a tasty way to spice up your meals. I think it's even tastier than Tartar Sauce the next time you make Beer Battered Fish or Fish Sticks, a delicious seafood sauce alternative. It's really a tasty sauce that is very versatile.

    • Fry Sauce for Air Fryer Potato Wedges
    • Dip for Salt and Pepper Shrimp
    • Seafood Sauce for Grilled Shrimp
    • Dipping Sauce for Chicken Nuggets or Chicken Strips

The possibilities are endless, so many ways to enjoy this sauce. It's the salad dressing sauce I use for my Shrimp Mango Salad, and I love it so much I use it for everything now! Only 4 ingredients, using Sweet Thai Chili Sauce as the flavor base.

How to Make Creamy Sweet Chili Sauce

The first thing is to find the Thai sauce. Sweet Chili Sauce is also known as Mae Ploy, and available in most supermarkets. A sauce with origins from Thailand, predominantly used to eat with chicken. I make my own homemade Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, a perfect way to use up chili peppers from my garden. However, for this Creamy Chili Sauce recipe, it's much faster to use store bought sauce.

The making part is the easiest thing. Just mix all the ingredients together! The fresh cilantro adds an amazing freshness to the dip. It's so tasty I could drink it. This seafood sauce is amazing!

So quick and easy to make, you might never buy tartare sauce again. This versatile Creamy Sweet Chili Sauce will be your new favorite seafood sauce alternative, salad dressing and dip, just don't tell people how easy it was to make.
