    Air Fryer Baked Brie

I think everyone has heard of an Air Fryer, and you definitely can make brie in an Air Fryer. Follow the instructions in the recipe to prepare your brie.

    1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F/180°C.
    2. Place the stuffed brie on a piece of parchment paper inside the Air Fryer.
    3. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft and gooey.

    Recipe Tips and FAQs

    • Keep it cold - Brie cuts easier when it is cold, keep in fridge until ready to prep
    • Make 2 - If preparing for a larger crowd, make 2 Bries, or use a larger Brie wheel
    • Check the time - Baking time can vary - check at the 7 minute mark in the oven, or at 3 ½ minutes in Air Fryer to ensure cheese is softened but not fallen apart.

    Camembert Instead of Brie?

You absolutely can switch out these cheese interchangeably when baking cheese. Use what ever cheese you prefer. Brie is milder and runnier when heated. Baked Camembert has a stronger flavor and is more dense. Both soft cheeses taste amazing when baked with jam.

Can I Make This in Advance?

You can only partially prepare this recipe in advance. Prepare the brie by slicing the pocket, and stuffing with jam, but do not bake. When you are almost ready for your guests, pop it into the oven or air fryer.
