London Fog Tea Latte

London Fog Tea Latte is so easy to make, creamy, smooth and delicious. Steeped Earl Grey Tea with steamed milk and a shot of vanilla, a modern twist on a classic.

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Earl Grey Tea Bags
  • 2 cups steamed milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup


  1. Bring water to a boil, add the tea bags and allow to steep for about 5 minutes

  2. Prepare the steamed milk, either using a milk frother or in a saucepan over the stove. 

  3. Prepare 2 mugs or latte glasses. Pour half a cup of strong tea into each glass. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup in each glass and top up hot steamed milk. 

  4. Enjoy!
