Blueberry Tea Cocktail is a hot toddy type of drink, like Glühwein, but served in a brandy snifter. It looks a bit fancy and is a wonderful warming drink on a cold winter’s day. However, there are no blueberries in Blueberry Tea Cocktail.
The combination of Grand Marnier and Amaretto with the Orange Pekoe tea creates a fruity flavour kind of blueberry-ish. I know that’s not a word, however this delicious Blueberry Tea Cocktail cocktail is a great way to wind down and chase the winter blues away.
A sugar rim on the glass adds some sweetness. The orange peel twist can be used as a garnish. It’s kumquat season at my house, so I used a kumquat peel for a nice citrus twist. Fast, easy and delicious, warms from the inside out. Bon Appetit! Приятного аппетита!
